How to Use A.T.O. Health
Sinus Rinse
1. Fill your neti pot with warm, distilled, sterile, or boiled water.
2. Add the contents of one or two packets and stir until dissolved.
3. Lean over a sink and tilt your head at a 45-degree angle.
4. Gently press the spout of the neti pot into the nostril closest to the ceiling.
5. Tip the neti pot so the solution flows through your nostrils.
6. Breathe through your mouth while doing this.
7. If your sinuses are congested, wait 20 seconds to allow penetration.
8. Once your neti pot is empty, repeat on the other side.
